How Does the Cost of the
Retainer Get Set?

The attorney will look at the cost of litigating
previous cases that were similar to the charges
in your case. Another important factor in
setting the price of a retainer is the fact that
an attorney cannot easily withdraw from a
criminal case once he or she enters his
appearnace. Thus, the attorney must budget
for the long haul so to speak. All of that said,
our law firm will take all factors into
consideration and we offer a low, flat fee price
that is considerably lower than what other
lawyers charge.
