OUR ATTORNEYS

MOur attorneys include Todd W. W. Elliott who
has practiced litigation for 11 years. He actively
practices criminal law in Allegheny County
(Pittsburgh) and Beaver County. He is a member
of the Allegheny County Bar Association, Workers'
Compensation Section, Pennsylvania Bar
Association, Civil Litigation Section; and American
Bar Association.

Mr. Elliott served as a judicial law clerk for The
Honorable Peter O. Steege, Court of Common
Pleas of Beaver County, Pennsylvania 1997-1998.
He has worked for various insurance defense firms
over the years, handling both plaintiff and defense
cases. He has also given a seminar to Cincinnati
Insurance adjusters concerning the
implementation of HIPAA regulations. Mr. Elliott
has successfully handled jury trials throughout
Western Pennsylvania.
