OUR ATTORNEYS

Our attorneys include Todd W. Elliott who has 13 years of litigation experience in Western Pennsylvania. He also passed the bar exam in West Virginia. He practices criminal and civil law in Allegheny County (Pittsburgh) and Beaver County. He is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, Workers' Compensation Section, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Civil Litigation Section; and American Bar Association.

Mr. Elliott served as a judicial law clerk for The Honorable Peter O. Steege, Court of Common Pleas of Beaver County, Pennsylvania 1997-1998. He has worked for various insurance defense firms over the years, handling both plaintiff and defense cases. He has also given a seminar to Cincinnati Insurance adjusters concerning the implementation of HIPAA regulations. Mr. Elliott has successfully handled jury trials throughout Western Pennsylvania.
